Clicking "Help" on the program menu does nothing.
101 Clips has HTML help files. Opening them from the program menu relies on your Windows having a "Default Browser" entry in its registry. If this setting is missing, the help files will not open. You can open them manually by starting your browser and pointing it to the root help file.
The root help file is called 1.htm and is located in the folder \Help2 under the program folder.
